Brewery
The "Brauerei zur Malzmühle" is with its over 150 year old family business tradition the oldest brewery in the Cologne historic city center. It is run by the Schwartz family in the fourth generation Very famous is the 'Koch´sche Malzbier', an alcoholic malt beer, which is still brewed in the traditional way of 1858. The brewery restaurant is a popular meeting point for tourist and the Cologne people.
"Mühlen Kölsch" is the most established beer of the company - a beer for beer connoisseurs. The brewery still uses the traditional handmade art of brewing for their products. Together with the best ingredients and selected natural hops this completes the taste of the speciality - "Mühlen Kölsch"
